ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Q on Tuesday demanded by-elections in Swat under Army supervision and an All-Parties Conference on energy crises.
These demands were made by Secretary General of PML-Q Mushahid Hussian Syed, who was addressing a press conference in Islamabad. He said the PML-Q would take election observers to by-elections in Manshera and Swat.
Mushahid Hussain asked Prime Minister Gilani to immediately halt Rental Power Projects as they were going to affect the public negatively demanding an all-parties conference to find a fair solution to prevailing power crises.
He said he has asked the Supreme Court to take suo moto action against the government for not safeguarding the public interest the power crises.
